Men's Health · Telehealth Texas
HOOT HRT is a men's health clinic in Texas that works with men who have spent too long being told their results are normal while still feeling like something is off. We do not begin with a treatment recommendation. We begin with a proper clinical assessment — because the right answer starts with the right data.
Low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, elevated cortisol, and disrupted metabolic function can all produce overlapping symptoms. Without a thorough lab panel and clinical review, it is easy to treat the wrong thing — or miss what is actually driving the problem.
At HOOT HRT, your evaluation covers the full clinical picture. Not just testosterone. Not just one marker. Your care plan, if one is appropriate, is built entirely from your actual data.

Men come to our men's health clinic when they notice a shift in their energy, their body, their focus, or how they feel day to day. The most common reasons include:
These symptoms have more than one possible cause. Low testosterone is one. Thyroid imbalance, insulin resistance, elevated estradiol, high cortisol, and poor sleep are other issues. A thorough clinical assessment — not a single lab value — is what separates a real answer from a guess.
Each service at HOOT HRT begins with a private telehealth consultation and a lab-based clinical plan, not a template.

Most men dealing with hormone or metabolic symptoms have had the same experience: a short appointment, a result described as within range, and no real explanation of what that means for how they feel day to day.
Our men's health telehealth Texas practice runs differently. Before any treatment is discussed, we conduct a full clinical assessment hormone markers, metabolic panels, thyroid function, inflammatory markers, and a complete symptom and medication review. We are looking for the most accurate explanation, not the fastest prescription.
A single testosterone reading does not tell the full story. We evaluate total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, thyroid markers, CBC, CMP, lipids, A1c, fasting insulin, DHEA-S, cortisol, and prolactin before making any clinical decisions.
You are not required to commit to anything beyond your initial consultation. If the care is working and you want to continue, you stay. If it is not, you do not have to.
Joe Hamm, PA-C, and Dr. John M. Cash, MD, review every treatment plan at HOOT HRT. You are not managed by a health coach or handed off to a patient coordinator between visits.
