Joe B. Hamm, MPAS, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant and the visionary co-founder and partner of HOOT HRT, a leading telehealth clinic based in San Antonio, Texas. With over 12 years of extensive experience, Joe is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care with a specialized focus on hormone optimization and medically guided weight loss for both men and women.

Joe's comprehensive educational background includes a certificate of completion from the Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Fellowship Program at Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska Medical College. Joe has also completed an extensive Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy course and is a current hormone replacement patient. 

With a strong commitment to excellence, Joe's expertise is further honed through military and academic training. Recognized for academic excellence and a member of the Pi Alpha Honor Society, Joe has delivered numerous lectures on various medical topics as an Assistant Adjunct Professor with the University of Nebraska Medical College.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe enjoys golf, his family, F45 workouts, bowling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
