I started my HRT journey in October 2025 after Joe Hamm completed comprehensive lab work to evaluate my hormone levels and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. We started with topical hormone creams and progesterone, then gradually adjusted my treatment based on my lab results. As my body responded, we transitioned to estrogen and testosterone injections while continuing progesterone. Throughout the entire process, my labs have been monitored regularly, and any needed adjustments have been made along the way. The improvement has been incredible. My brain fog has lifted, I have more energy, I'm sleeping better, and my focus has improved tremendously.
